Has anyone noticed that FTP uploaded files not appearing in Canstockphoto lately?

The files should always show up, although FTP'ed files may have a short delay.  If they don't show up, definitely open a support ticket (http://www.canstockphoto.com/support.php) and we'll look into it for you.

If you don't want the possibility of a short delay, you can upload using our Java, ActiveX, or HTML tools - all of which will have your files appear instantly.
