I sent to them a message and the answer was:

"Although I can confirm nothing is wrong with your portfolio - ultimately buyers pick whatever files they are interested in, so usually it's not even clear to us why some files are picked and others are not. Some portfolios do better at some times of year. Although a natural up and down is very normal in practice, especially if under a few thousand files. Please continue to submit your best work.

If you uploaded files this weekend and the images were not received, please try your upload again. We have corrected the FTP issue and apologize for any inconvenience.

Thanks,

Jim

This month i earned the same as 123rf. Isn`t that bad for me.
Less sales but not a single sale under $0.50.
0.50 1.00 or up to $2.00 each single sale.
And easy upload. I like it.

eight sales so far for this month (November) which is about right since I average around 30 to 50 sales a month there.

I've been wondering the same thing.  In mid to late October my sales at CAN started to slide.  I'm seeing around half the sales I'd normally see each day.  Up until then I would have called them a solid performer, neck and neck with 123, BigStock and DP.  Now CAN has fallen by half, while the other three have stayed steady or increased.

They are usually one of the most variable, but the past month or two have dropped off the edge.  October was my WMY and so far this month is even worse.  Numbers of sales have been OK, but now mostly 25 cent subs, which used to be rare.  Of my past 20 sales, 13 were for 25 cents each - that has never happened before and is why they have dropped so far.

Could the DPC program be the root cause?

No, otherwise other sites would be lower.  But for me, CAN is the only site that has been dropping lately, and it's a pronounced drop vs other sites experiencing pronounced rises.  There's something going on at CAN (like a search change, or a cut in marketing/advertising) or to CAN (maybe Google is showing them lower in results?)

I've had one sale there in two months. But to add insult to injury, they've rejected 100% of my last few batches (which got about 70% approval at the other agencies). It feels like being kicked out of the Losers Club.

Who knows but I doubt it.  CanStock has had 25-cent subs for years but they were always a minority of sales for me until very recently.  I'm not convinced that DPC has been very successful - I almost never get $1 sales at FT.  I assume something else has changed.

Could the DPC program be the root cause?

As far as my experience goes, Canstock shows a downward slide both in review times (which used to be fast but now they seem to drag endlessly) and in sales as well.

Wondering where are they heading !

Reviews are still pretty fast based on my last couple of batches - within a day or two, faster than SS - so at least that part is OK.
