Has anyone already received their payment?
They have a statement about a delayed payment this month on their page

November numbers are in:
-> Exports +15%, Earnings -2%

And an unbelievable $0,24 for Magic Creator Payment
(see image)

If it wasn't so absurd, you'd actually have to laugh about it ;-)

How are your earnings for January. Mine are almost half the usual amount, this is on top of constantly decreasing earnings almost each month.

For me, I earn less and less on Canva every month. Now I'm getting 20% of what I was earning before, which is completely disappointing. Sure, they're growing a lot, but they're treating us terribly.

applies and exports up, $ down. This seems to be the usual for Canva these days. The all time earnings look like the left side of a half pipe. Down maybe 30% from the first half of 2024. The drop is slowing, but it is awfully low and still dropping. I'm not sure what accounting tricks they do to avoid paying us much, but they seem to be working.

Applies plus 12%, Exports plus 6% - Earnings minus 18%

The use of the images is increasing, the income is decreasing every month. In addition, it has taken more than 6 months since my last pictures were accepted and the communication with the support is really a joke.

Then there is still the promotion with the December AI bonus in there, let's see how long it takes until (if ever) that is paid out.

All in all, Canva has mutated into a complete catastrophe and is at the lowest level of trust with Scop.io and Yayimages.

Yeah I am pretty concerned. Canva used to make me at least 4X the numbers I am getting now.
I asked ChatGPT if Canva lost market shares and he told this :
QuoteCanva's Market Share
Recent data shows that Canva is still growing—boasting over 170 million users worldwide, strong revenue numbers, and expanding enterprise offerings. In short, there's no evidence that Canva has lost market share; on the contrary, it continues to perform robustly in the design software space.

I am getting 2 MILLIONS applies and exports per month on one of my brand... guess how much I'm getting paid for that? :-/
