Can't connect to Canva ftp

I can't connect to Canva ftp. I always get authentication failed. I used my username urospoteko  (https://www.canva.com/p/urospoteko/  is that correct?) and my web canva password, also used port 22. I alway get the same message. I use filezilla

Any ideas?

i gave up trying to use ftp long ago for same reasons - i just use their direct upload now
