DannyCanva - Could you please update on the issue of missing subscription earnings (as reported in this thread: https://www.microstockgroup.com/canva/canva-announcement/msg554484/?topicseen#new)?

When the subscription earnings were loaded by Canva for May-2020 in the month of Jun-2020, the subscription earnings for all the prior months going back all the way to May-2019, was reset to zero. This resulted in the 'Unpaid earnings' in the 'Payments' tab to reduce by an amount which is the total of all the subscriptions of the months from May-2019 through Apr-2020. I have asked Canva about it, but I have received no response as yet. Thanks.

DannyCanva - Letting you know that Canva support (Ana) was able to get the required details from me last week and confirmed to me yesterday that the issue I referred is fixed. I was able to check my Canva account and the fix has worked. Thanks.

Ah yes Canva  ::)

The only Micro/Macrostock agency that has rejected my work and I have been with more then 20.
Amongst other things I have a lot of isolations and designs in my portfolio and at the time my application was sent in they were looking for these kind of portfolio's so I had no doubt of getting in. Yet they still felt the need to reject.
I was flabbergasted! Maybe someone had a bad day or suffered from a god complex, who knows and who cares. Worst experience with a stock agency for me.
Not that you guys wanted to hear all that but anyway :P

Take care!

i've always done well at canva and it's business model is different all other agencies, but recently they decided my latest images weren't the kind they wanted - and the page they referred me to was just a bunch of text-free images as examples, nothing specific
