In the last 2 days I have had a One-Design sale listed as A$1.00 with .25 royalty and 2 sales listed as R$5.00 with .48 royalty listed , I was wondering if anyone has heard what is up with this or had similar.

I've also has earnings at .43  .39. & .36
Probably some glitch in their currency conversions that they will ultimately fix and claw back.

Yep, same thing here.

My wild guess (hopeful guess) is that they finally separate out the tax withholding for Australia, and the rest of the world. Meaning to say, they only withheld tax that occur in Australian dollar. Previously, they just withheld everything. Again, this is just my wild guess.

My guess is, they charge 1 whatever currency is used to pay for an image, and then convert it to $. For example, I had 1 sale, and it was listed as 0,39$. So, for 1 I get 0,35, which converted to $ is 0,39$

-The only thing, we need to figure out is, which currency letter "A", "CMC", "CAD"...etc are. "CAD" is probably Canadian dollar, I don't know about the rest.

That is, exactly.

I guess A$ = Australia and R$ = Rand (South Africa)

new one MX$20.00  I get $0.38

I'm guessing that is Mexico

This is just the currency conversion as depending on what currency the customer used to purchase the image, and I guess they then convert it to USD.

Yep. We get 35% of whatever was paid in local currency, changed into dollars.
Just hope they don't start selling in China for next to nothing.....

As mentioned by others here, we offer local currency pricing in some markets and these can be more or less than the $0.35. The values are also affected by forex conversion at that time.

DannyCanva - Could you please update on the issue of missing subscription earnings (as reported in this thread: https://www.microstockgroup.com/canva/canva-announcement/msg554484/?topicseen#new)?

When the subscription earnings were loaded by Canva for May-2020 in the month of Jun-2020, the subscription earnings for all the prior months going back all the way to May-2019, was reset to zero. This resulted in the 'Unpaid earnings' in the 'Payments' tab to reduce by an amount which is the total of all the subscriptions of the months from May-2019 through Apr-2020. I have asked Canva about it, but I have received no response as yet. Thanks.

DannyCanva - Letting you know that Canva support (Ana) was able to get the required details from me last week and confirmed to me yesterday that the issue I referred is fixed. I was able to check my Canva account and the fix has worked. Thanks.

Ah yes Canva  ::)

The only Micro/Macrostock agency that has rejected my work and I have been with more then 20.
Amongst other things I have a lot of isolations and designs in my portfolio and at the time my application was sent in they were looking for these kind of portfolio's so I had no doubt of getting in. Yet they still felt the need to reject.
I was flabbergasted! Maybe someone had a bad day or suffered from a god complex, who knows and who cares. Worst experience with a stock agency for me.
Not that you guys wanted to hear all that but anyway :P

Take care!

i've always done well at canva and it's business model is different all other agencies, but recently they decided my latest images weren't the kind they wanted - and the page they referred me to was just a bunch of text-free images as examples, nothing specific
