My average per month of Royalties lies between 150 and 250 $ ... today I find ... 0,21 dollars royalties as "my share".
Put that into a percentage, I get about 99,84% down ...
I would believe something like 10 or 20% down, but going from 150 to zero ?
So this must be a mistake OR Canva did not sell anything last month, at all ?
(by the way, my individual sales went "up" from 5 to 8 dollars from July to August, so there was no reason to expect this)

There must be some kind of problem. I am usually at about 1k, for August it says $ 2.28 in subscription earnings. I guess we'll see a correction soon.
-
Me and few other forum members also reported the same. That should be a mistake / error on Canva's end.

The same situation with me, my income of around 100 dollars fell to 3 cents. There must be some mistake. I also received an e-mail about contract changes. As I can see, quite a lot of changes will be made on the site, I think something went wrong during the changes. I wrote them a letter, I hope they will respond quickly.

My earnings have been corrected now. Still a bit lower than what I had expected, but more realistic numbers.

It was modified for me too, I'm relieved :)

Looks ok now. A bit lower than in July, but within the usual range.

Corrected here too! And very "normal".
Looks like some one at Canva will have to do some explaining to the boss ...
(may be he/she was recruited from 123rf?)
-
Looks normal now, but still the lowest income since the last year's spring for me. I hope this is still an error.

Down 20% or so compared to last August. However August can be a strange month with so many people on holiday etc, and for many people this would have been their first chance to get away for a couple years.
-
Canva now definitely on a downward swing. Shame. Think we'll be regretting allowing them to get away with the complete lack of transparency now their exponential growth phase is over and they feel the need to tighten the screws, without even telling us how many sales we are making or how much we are getting per DL. Same pattern as every other agency.

Doubt it. Income growth slowed, stopped, then went backwards in that order over the last few months. Expect it to get worse.

My Canva sales peaked in March and have dropped every month since - August was less than 50% of what I made in March, and more than 25% less than a year ago. I haven't uploaded anything there in more than two years so can't complain too much, but it looks like the gravy train is ending.
