Anyone else has problems with their payment since Canva changed from Hyperwallet to Trolley?

I used to get my money via bank transfer, no problems at all. I just got a mail from Canva that my latest payment failed and I should update my bank information. Problem: The old bank information is correct, so I have nothing to change it to.

I have the same. Canva is now asking for a bank statement so that I can confirm my residence address. Why do they need my address at all? I gave them the address of a US bank.
Madhouse.

I received the payment via PayPal about an hour ago. I'll keep away from the bank transfer option until I know for sure it's working.

I got my money via bank transfer today, so looks like whatever problems they had, they managed to resolve it.

From the contributor agreement:
"Canva will withhold a percentage of Contributors royalties and submit the withholdings to the Australian Tax Office (ATO). The rate of withholding taxes is typically up to 30% but will depend on the country where Contributor is registered and whether or not an applicable tax treaty exists between Australia and Contributors country of registration."

As far as I remember, the new regulation will only start on 1st April, so until then, they will withhold the same % as they've been doing for years

I completely forgot to update the tax forms and payment, I did it after April 1st. Can I still expect a payment this month or will it be postponed to the next payment cycle?
