Canva uploading with out metadata

For Real:
Anyone else having issues uploading to Canva? The image uploads but the metadata is missing. I've tried four different browsers as well - no luck so far.

Yep, same issue, not happened before

it was working before early in sept but no meta data is mandatory.

One of the Worst - Uploading System.
