 I've had several issues with Canva since they updated their upload but have not checked my port for a while. Now I did and found one of my model releases with all the personal information on it being listed for sale as a photo. What kind of review process do they have??

Wow, that's a serious privacy infringement... How in the world did that release get listed for sale? Have you contacted them yet?

That is horrible. Are you sure it's public to see? Try to log out of your account to make sure it's actually visible to the public ...

Yes, I've contacted them. No reply yet.

It is very strange, even information aside, a photo of this quality would be rejected.

Yes, I went out and looked through port.
