Since a month ago I can not upload pics by ftp or the new sftp to canva, connect to ftp but I always get the message transfer failed ... And support simply does not respond. Anyone with this problem or is it something of mine?

You must have missed the e-mail of about a month ago about the FTP changes.

I couldn't get it to work for a while, but then I tried again a few days ago and it did work - I'm not sure what if anything I did differently, I sort of started over, but maybe just try again (with the new SFTP instructions).

I did upload with sucess .eps files of my vector to sell on the new FTP. But they don't appear on my canva seller portfolio. I'm new to canva. Help for vector please.

I still can't ftp, despite changing settings as per email....

I think they have a problem with the gmt time of the server, if your time is different from what they have they will give problems. I have verified that if you allow FTP upload and reupload the same file it finally appears.

What I don't get is that after two months they review my pending files in my portfolio ....

Yes, sorted now. Had to change several setting but ok now and they were very helpful. :)

Using stocksubmitter:
URL: ftp.canva.com

use ftp login ie username
use ftp password

ftp Directory:  username/brandname
port 22

max threads 2

Underneath check sftp mode AND ftp over ssh mode

Sorry, I do not use Filezilla but maybe this can still shed some light.
