I quit a year ago when sales went down and Getty swamped the site, recently noticed some of my images are still available for sale in templates, even though my account is deactivated!

In their user agreement, if the images are used in a template then they stay that way. There is something in the user agreement aboout

I have been trying to get my images removed, they say that you can remove them whenever you like, but you cant actually remove them yourself, the "deactivate" button only works on images that have yet to be reviewed.

I have sent contact forms in telling them to remove my images, I get no response. I then contact their rep on FB who tells me it has already been forwarded to the contributor team and that I should email. So I email and am still waiting for a response.

The fact that we cannot remove our images puts them in breach of their own user agreement.
1.3 states
"You have the right to remove any of your Stock Media from our Service at any time for any reason."

But you cannot remove the images and they seem to be ignoring requests to remove the images.
