To be fair, I contacted them about the lack of access to the sales page, which I need for tax purposes, and they re-enabled that.

..... Lets do the same thing we all did to Depositphotos - They ended up having an outdated library within 48hours when a lot of us with expensive portfolios deleted our pictures.

What happened with Depositphotos? Was it discussed here or somewhere I could read about it? Could somebody drop a link or explain briefly?

Has anybody else noticed their DL numbers randomly decrease in the new interface?

Last night when I made a final check of sales before calling it a day I had 100 dl's this morning I only have 98.

It happened once during the day yesterday when I seem to have lost a sale...

And I'm still having trouble reconciling my records with this month payment.

I may have just hit my frustration threshold with these clowns.

Yep, I got some 70 downloads, then suddenly it reset to 3 downloads. This happened at 1 Nov 2019.

It happens at the beginning of every month - just go back and look at October earnings.

It is weird that small numbers of downloads often disappear from one day to the next.  Only started happening with their new interface.  Very disconcerting.

I think part of the problem is that they record the sales in one time zone and report them in another so if they are on either side of midnight they end up on different days - or even months - or something like that. Or maybe they just don't keep particularly good records.

Here's what I got back:
"To answer your question about royalties, revenue will be calculated based on the subscriber share model, which means that we distribute 50% of revenue to contributors shared based on the number of sales made by each photographer.

In regards to opting out, you just have to give me the word and I'll take your name off the list. That said, opting out of the subscription unfortunately automatically means your images won't appear anywhere in Canva :(

Can I suggest that you give it a month or so and see if you're happy with it, and you may opt out at any stage thereafter?"

Opt out and your images are noware? How sarcastic and flip-it, and with that deal they are the only ones making money

Thats not an opt out.. thats it ..Im looking to leave too!
