Send pics up, failing to make it into the queue for review in my port.....
Been like it for 2 or 3 days now....

May easily take up to 2-3 weeks, sometimes longer, before they show up for review. I usually just chill and take care of other things.

Ta. I guess I don't usually check, but this time I sent up some by mistake so wanted to delete them...

They are going through a backlog--think months not weeks.

It is a mystery. I assume S and H stand for Soft and Hard, with Hard meaning don't resubmit and Soft meaning you can resubmit if you fix the problem. But since they don't tell you a specific reason that is hard to do. I just ignore them and move on - fortunately they don't happen very often. Actually I've never had an H before. The one I really hate is if they send it to the cutout queue, which Lee in the past said might take months, years or never. I had that happen occasionally a few years ago but have not looked back to see if they ever got cut out - I assume not.

and the "pending cutout" i think they wait that YOU upload the cutout image that refers to a image that is isolated on white... maybe?

I have several hundred pending cut out for years. They will never process these images, I consider them rejected.

Ha! I do recall asking a Canva rep about some images that had been marked (S) and was told it was just a matter of file size (too big). Probably S is class of simple mistakes or format issues.

send 2 batch, 3 weeks ago... nothing. Canva uploading system suck... time for me to flush it.

They are changing the contributor portal and they said they were going to stop reviewing if new material. But it is true that they have been taking like 4 months in that software makeup... Too long!

The good news is, we'll be rolling out this system and restarting our review of submissions very soon (including all images submitted within the past few months).
But before we get to that, we'd like to share with you another recent revamp that we've been hard at work on: our aesthetics guide.
Our hope is that these visuals will help guide and inspire your upcoming submissions, so that they best reflect the exciting new direction that our photo library will be moving towards.

They said "very soon". Idk is that email is supposed to make us excited and willing to submit more work, despite the fact that the sales are going down. And who knows what "very soon" means exactly - maybe another couple of months or even more?
So they screwed us with the Getty deal, and now they are using children psychology on us because they still want our work. Seems like Canva just keeps getting nicer and nicer.

I did. DEPENDS ON LATELY THOUGH. iN THE LAST MONTH i HAd them reviewed.

All I got from that style guide is they really like pastels and especially pink. I hope that doesn't represent what they have been spending all their time on.
Sales are still behind DT for this month (and it is the 28th).
I have had at least one batch reviewed this year. Maybe a month ago?

I've kept uploading during their hiatus, so dont know how many total were sent to them, but had several hundred accepted recently

Reviewed and 90% rejected, reason (S) whatever that means..., oh well.

Thanks for the updates. I haven't submitted anything since February (and those have not been reviewed.) Looks like it's time to try again.

Lots of rejections. I had a good series of photos and only one was accepted, why the others don't? Most of them still in review. I thought they were going to change the contributor page but it's still the same crappy bs
