Is there something other than their stupid help desk I could email in maybe fair better and getting a response?  I'd read people emailed to get their accounts closed.

Josh, Now that you are an outsider, why wouldn't crestock increase the funny 0.25 cents commission? Aren't they aware that it is too low?

I am sure he is not allowed to discuss Crestock because of contract rules.
