Crestock not processing payout request

After not getting a payout for 4 years, I finally hit $90. I requested payout over 35 days ago and Crestock has refused to process payout. This is the response they keep sending:

"Sorry about the delayed response to this. There are delays to our payment schedule at the moment; I will update you when I have more information on when your payment will be processed".

What the heck??? Has anyone else had this happen from this low earning site???

I'm not surprised, Crestock was always a joke and I wonder how they still exist. Hope they eventually pay your earnings.

4 years to hit the payout threshold....this was the very first agency I quit after starting microstock. Never regretted it.

Hope you eventually get your payment though, that is terrible service.

I've been with Crestock from 2010 to 2016 and I've had 3 payouts; one in 2012, one in 2014 and one when I closed my account in 2016. I don't remember any delays then.

Although I can't say much about their current situation, any delay should be actively solved by them, instead of leaving their contributors hanging in uncertainty.

Is owned by Masterfile. So not likely to go under. Maybe absorbed?
