Crestock made some changes on their site, they now have subscriptions. I stopped uploading there a while ago, lets see if this brings more sales.
"For credit sales the contributor gets 20% of the sale sum. For sales of small size images, this equals $1 per download, for medium sizes $2 and for extra large sizes $3.
For subscription downloads, there is a flat rate of $0.25 commission per download.
After 100 downloads you get 30% commission on credit downloads."

I don't understand how these small microstock sites expect to compete with iStock and Shutterstock by just copying their business model. ???
Why would a photographer want to join a site that gives 20% or .25 cents with hardly any sales? You would never get a payout!
As a matter of fact, I'm not sure if anyone has EVER had a payout at this site...

Yes people have payout at creestock.

This is a post from the Crestock forum by Kirsty Pargeter
"kirstypargeter
I'm soooooo happy that I have now reached $100! I want to thank Crestock for their professionalism and their excellent site - keep up the good work!!"

OK, so one of the most popular microstockers out there (kirsty pargeter) has finally got a payment. Whoopee.
She has over 55,000 downloads on iStock.
She only has 83 downloads on Crestock with almost 1500 images. That's really pathetic (on Crestock's part not hers).
Needless to say, I won't be joining anytime soon...

3rd sale at Crestock, again a subscription at mere 25c. Ridiculous.
