why close it ? you have nothing to lose to leave your port there.
it's better to just stop submitting works to a site then close it.
leaving your port on a site that is not working for you still help you protect the copyright of your images.
the only time i would close an account is when i have to sell my images or if i am going exclusive elsewhere.

if you still wish to close, if there is no link on the account section to delete your account, you just need to submit a note to crestock via contact us

I have 5 images there. The other 250 in my ms portfolio (admittedly very low quality since I just started) were rejected. Yes, I'm a newbie, but I still don't like the way they do business, so for the time being I want to get out of there completely.

I also closed my account a few weeks ago. just sent them a message through the contact us, and the same day they mail you back to confirm it.

I sent mail to support many many times. But no reply at all. They just ignore.
