hey whats up with crestock in regards of payout?

i reached the min payout after almost 2 long years! as i checked i couldn't find
an option to use MB, but i remember there was an announcement of MB payout
or that i read somewhere, so i contacted support to ask. that was ard 10/11 sep.

there was no response and i e-mailed them this time on 18 sep, again asking about
the payout through MB. this time around i got a reply a day later informing me that
it is indeed available and asked for my MB details. I replied with the necessary details
and asked how long will this take.

two weeks on, there is again no response.

i have waited almost 2 years to reach the payout, i don't mind waiting for the payout.
i mean how long will that be compared to the 2 years? but don't keep me in the dark.
at least, fill me in on what's happening, if it's approved or what?

sigh!

hey, i've passed this on to my colleague. Hopefully will get an explanation as to why this would occur as well. Thanks for letting us know.

I've talked to my collegue Lars, the guy in charge for payouts. Here's what he had to say about the Moneybookers issue:

Quote
Moneybookers is extremely strict in their security rules as well as money laundering rules, which affects us by making the upload of funds to our payout a very cumbersome, and sometimes unpredictable process. The basic problem is that Moneybookers has imposed a limit on how much money we are allowed to upload to our account per month, which means we can't just upload a big lump sum once a year and do our payouts from that. Due to various security measures, both on part of Moneybookers and the credit card we use to fund the account, this is a very tricky manouver to coordinate (several people must be involved).

In addition to this, Moneybookers seems to like slapping new requirements on us every now and then. The latest here is that they suddently decided to block the function for sending money from our account until we send them a hole slew of documentation about the company, presumably another part of their money laundering protection. So, simply put, while we gather the required documentation for submission and approval by Moneybookers, we are blocked from sending money through from our account. While I'm hopefull we'll be able to finish this whole process in not too many days, I can't give you any guarantees on when exactly the pending payouts will be processed, the only guarantee I can give you right now is that you will get your money.

I'm terribly sorry about all of this, I hate not being able to process these payouts immediatly. I'm trying to find ways to make the Moneybookers process more streamlined, so hopefully, this might become a more expedient process in the future.

Lastly, let me make this clear: The cause for the delays in Moneybookers payouts is not in any way due to a lack of money on our part. Anyone who get their payouts by PayPal will confirm that our payouts are processed quickly an regularly. From what I hear, we take care of our payouts more frequently than our competitors do.

Best regards

Lars

Hope Lars' explanation answers your question and thanks again for getting in contact with us about this.

Ive been waiting forever to collect my money. How come only crestock is having such problems with moneybookers and not other sites, even the not so successful ones? And not responding to emails sent to support makes me more nervous. Show me the money! No excuses any more.

Moneybookers has actually created problems for MANY (recently DT too but we weren't told the specifics); it's just Crestocks turn right now.  I've read on one forum that MB shut things down because of nudes in a library as well - and these stock nudes have to be pretty tasteful or they just aren't even approved.

On another note, I've got two spams about my moneybookers account lately.  Since I don't even have a moneybookers account I thought I would forward the e-mails in case they wanted to investigate - and there is nowhere on MB's site where you can even send them an e-mail without opening up an account, so I just deleted them.

I requested a payout on 9/29 and it came today, so 8 days for me.  I use paypal.

Wish the payouts were a bit faster - 8 days is definitely toward the long end of the payout spectrum for the agencies I deal with.  But on the up side, at least it wasn't two weeks...

I would like crestock to inform us on their main site about any payout problems. Ive used moneybookers for years and had no real problems with them. Nor did i find any such troubles with other sites regarding payouts. I would like to know what is the deadline for payouts, if it is 2 weeks that thats that, but like this, when we are in the dark... Not a good strategy from one of my favorite sites i must say :-)

I'm afraid you just have to understand that Moneybookers has taken it upon themselves to make this very difficult for us to make payouts at the present time. I believe this has happened to other agencies before. We're cooperating with Moneybookers requests, as quickly as possible, to get this service back up and running at full capacity. There is simply no more we can do, but wait on Moneybookers. Please forward your complaints/bribes in their direction.

Thanks Josh for informing us in this matter. My complaint is directed at You this time because the latest news on Crestock site is ages old and it says that Moneybookers should have been installed months ago. Im sorry for Your trouble, now that im aware of them ill be even more patient than i was. But I dont like being kept in the dark and i dont submit my photos to Moneybookers, i submit to Your site. When my money is being held back at Moneybookers then my complaints will be directed at them.
I have received email from support, ive decided to wait for the resolution on this payment matter and im cheering for You to solve this problem.Solution will benefit us all.
Best regards from Slobodan

In my case they pay instantly. Faster than the "bigger" players.

p.s.: And Crestock really is taking off lately. Lots of sales (still subs in majority, but turning upside down into PPDs more and more).

well they are still (only) in 8th place for me, but I see definite improvement each month and I get sales every day... hopefully we eventually get another top site?!

Quite frankly, I don't see a site that gets me mostly just 25c per sale be a top 6 for me.
