Does anyone have anything even remotely good to say about Crestock?
-
no....
oups I said too much already:)
-
Nope.
-
Dropped them 3 years ago. Good riddance.
-
Nope arrogant twats - the only site I really hate!
-
Not me
-
I stopped uploading there a while ago but have kept my account active in case something changes. After three months with no activity, I had two DLs there last month - both $0.25 subs - so they still have at least one buyer. Might reach payout in another couple of decades...
On the positive side, as far as I can remember their upload process was easy. That's all I've got.
-
The only good thing about them is that there are worse sites.
-
Had 6 subs for the year and was absolutely shocked to log on last week and see two credit sales. One for $1.20 and another for $15.00. I might actually see my first payout and not have to leave it for my heirs to collect.
-
I closed my account there years ago.
-
Was the first site I ever dropped. Never regretted it once.
-
Must be a first here, everyone anonymous the same opinion on the site :D
-
The worst site off alls, very arrogant, stingy and low sales .
-
they have made some crazy policy decisions, definitely not worth your time

I think they're trying to kill themselves off. Recent changes at Crestock have included changing the keyword limit to a non-standard 30 and making the upload process longer. It used to be (for vectors anyway) upload, review, submit. Now it's upload, click "Process", wait, get email that processing is done, go back to the site, review, submit.
I rarely check my rejections there but recently looked to see what got kicked back and it's pretty amazing. Stuff that was accepted at every other site gets rejected there.
They've definitely earned a spot on my "companies to cut ties with soon" list.
-
A while back I emailed them an enquiry.
"If I want to take my images off Crestock, is the only way of doing this by closing my account?"
I wanted to know the procedure, I wasn't asking for the images to be removed.
The reply...
"This email is to confirm that the images which were formerly active in your portfolio have now been removed. I can leave your account active, or close it if you wish. Let me know what you prefer and I will take care of it for you."
Out of the 2 options which I wasn't expecting to have, I chose the second option. :)

Yeap!
they have definitely killed themselves with that stupid non-standard 30 keywords limit..
The sentence I have bolded totally sums up my feelings.. If they don't improve soon, I see no reason to continue this business relationship with them..
-
I should add that, I feel they are planning to shut the shop down and are deliberately making things harder for users..
otherwise, I can not explain "the level of stupidity" displayed by them..
it's just a feeling..
