Somebody from the Crestock team will look into this today for you. It should not take 2 weeks, but due to summer holidays and reduced staff being available, some things have taken a bit longer.

Congrats for 200 dls at Crestock

Thank you for the compliment. Actually it was more like 100-105 dls, 124dls now.  Those are not all 0.25 subs. They are a mixture of credits 1-3 dollars and 0.25 per dl.  Denis

why do you even bother uploading to crestock?

0.25c for sub DLs!!!

This is one of the worst commissions in the industry.. I wish they sink to the bottom as fast as possible..

I don't think it does.. 0.25c is beyond poor..

I will give you an example: StockXpert has subs for 0.30c and you may think $7.5 XXL sales can make up for it..
Well, it wasn't making up for anything because since I opted out from subs I simply started flying..
I have sold more $5 or $7.5 XXL sizes since my photos aren't available on subs..
So, I lost 15 subs sales??!! who cares  :D 15 subs sales is $4.5
while 2  XXL sales are $15..

I would rather make 2 sales for $15 than 15 sales for $4.5

I would rather pay $50 to sink crestock than get $50 and support their bargain 0.25c sub price..

They are a joke!!

Borat

Hi. I requested my payment (via PayPal) more then two months ago (1st of September) and still didn't get it. I sent about 7 e-mails and didn't get any replay. Amazing service! I just think if I should really delete my portfolio form this stock.
Does anyone had the same problem? ???
Thanks

epixx

It's now well over two months since Crestock became aware of the MB problem, and still no money. Can somebody from Crestock please explain why this is more difficult to solve for you than for others?

I received a quick payment within 24 hours, but they aren't so fast to delete your folio on request, i asked them to delete my folio last week, they are still selling my images,i understand their strategy more they wait more money they make without having to pay me...i took me 6 month to reach the first payment, they do not allowed contributer to delete any files,no way to to this with Crestock.

Contact helpdesk, there was a problem with the helpdesk mail server last week and some mails may have got lost in the downtime.

This is not a strategy to make money. Ask most people, we deal with every request as quickly possible.
