Yeah it seems the competition has gone public now.

Check it out (homeboys and flygirls ), this competition looks to go massive with Snoop Dogg's endorsement and management promoting this extensively.

Really encourage any designers to get on board, the prizes are great and the winning design gets promoted on Snoop's website.
