    *  Custom

if they want to type something extra they put it in the custom field.  Perhaps they forgot to type the something extra!

Custom I'm sure refers to their standard practice of rejecting large batches of images at once..

'Custom' precedes any customized rejection reason written by the inspector.

So with,

Custom
Inaccurate Keywords

... 'Inaccurate keywords' was written by the inspector.

This way you can see that inspector has taken the time to give a customized response, albeit a short one, in this case.

So if description/keywords are wrong should not it be annotated and send back to describing queue for correction?

Yes, that's the way it should work in the ideal world.
In the real world, however, you have to correct your mistake and upload the image again. This is true for all agencies, and not just Crestock.
