Everybody is having that problem.  Check their forum; they know about it but have no estimated time to repair.

Eh for this...
... is it better to me give up before they solve that problem?
I have 850 pics on SS half of that on IS. if I calculate of they rejection rate on CS I think that 1/3 they will approved?
Is it worth effort to upload to them or they are to much low earners than CanStock?

Only you can make that call.  Their upload process is pretty easy when it works, and I get the occasional payment.  Not worth a lot of time, but if you're bored, why not?

I stopped bothering with crestock a few months back but

I have a slightly better approval rate on crestock than on IS, but I do a lot of raster images, which both sites hate :)
for me the monthly earnings are around half of I what I earn on canstock, mostly it is $0.25 subs

The upload is quick (when it works),
payouts are very slow 3+ weeks after request.
Basically look at earning maybe 1% of your earnings from there, depends on whether that 1% is worth it to you

support is nonexistant and like their forums, mostly unanswered.
Imo they never have been a big one for contributor relations and apparently they lost a number of their staff in one hit a few months ago, no idea why but it certainly doesnt seem to have helped the site. Even Judge Ross went because it hasnt been updated in a couple of months (which to me looks really bad). To me the site now looks like it is on autopilot in a slow downward spiral...

I think I will remove my portfolio soon.  I stopped uploading because of all the $0.25 commissions but I left my portfolio there hoping that one day they would raise our commissions.  It has been long enough and now I don't feel like having anything to do with them.

I'm only waiting for a few sales to get my first and only payment and get out.  I only hope I will get there before the site closes....
