Author Topic: Two Seperate Cutcaster Holiday Contest- Photos and Vectors welcome  (Read 4290 times)

Its time to claim your prize and enter the Cutcaster non exclusive Christmas themed challenge. Cutcaster has chosen the theme of Christmas for our first monthly contest!  

Drum roll please We are doing TWO count them TWO separate contests, both with the Christmas theme!!  One for our hard working photographers and one for clever vector artists (although, you can enter both if you really want to were in a giving mood. And to top it off your images and vectors arent forced to be exclusive with Cutcaster for 12 months like other sites force you to.
All contest submissions must be Christmas related to be considered no stretching it and sending us winter wonderland scenes unless it has Santa shoveling snow from his reindeer landing strip.

Send in your most inspiring Christmas related photographs AND vectors for our monthly contest (thats us receiving first) and in return we will be giving the winners a nice gift (thats us giving second).  

This theme may include: a family opening Christmas presents around a Christmas trees, Christmas concept images and/or vectors, a well executed image or vector of kids running over one another to be first to the Christmas tree. You decide and win.
 
So Photographers, get your camera batteries charged and your lenses cleaned. Vector Artists get that pen tablet ready and the computer all fired up.  Its time to compete for some money.

Have you guessed right?  Are we doing two contests at the same time? Ya Betcha as Sarah Palin would say.  We are doing TWO count them TWO separate contests, both with the Christmas theme!!  One for our hard working photographers and one for hard working vector artists (although, you can enter both if you really want to we aint gonna stop ya.)

Come one come all - Its time to compete for a prize of $50.00 to the winner of photograph submission and $50.00 to the winner of the vector submission deposited directly into your contributor account.  The $50.00 prize will be in the winners Cutcaster account within 24 hours of announcing the winners now how that for fast.  Second and Third place winners will get their images on the homepage and blog as well as a shout out in the next newsletter.

John, thanks for defining very clearly:

7. The contest does NOT require you to submit only exclusive content. All content can be submitted on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis and you will be paid out accordingly. It doesnt matter if your content is marked off as exclusive or non exclusive. The judges will not look at that.

8. We never take ownership of your content.

You should have many participants because of this.

Yep. No need to shut anyone out and you guys own the content so you have the option but not the requirement to submit it on an exclusive basis but it won't help the chances of winning.  Just make you extra money ;-).

Getting some great vector illustrations already but always looking for more for this contest.  Obviously we want images as well but recently we have been getting more and more requests for vectors and we want to have a good selection for our contest.  Keep on uploading.
