Title: And again: not suitable for commercial use
Post by: Canonbabe on May 09, 2016, 04:43
thought to give them another chance this morning by uploading several files. I did various themes: food, nature, objects, industry and guess what: all rejected for not suitable for commercial use.
Their review time was less than 10 minutes, I still wonder how someone can hit that rejection button so fast.
I'm done there, no new files from me on Depostit anymore.

Instead of complaining on DepositPhotos, maybe you should re-evalute your photos again.

Read some of the earlier posts about Deposit Photos here...you are probably just as well not getting approved. Your photos might have ended up being stolen anyway, as they were apparently connected to torrent sites.

I do not agree with the not suitable for commercial use some sites use to tag some images.  I have had some of those become good sellers with other agencies.    Sometimes one can learn from rejections and other times, it just better to move on and put more effort into the agencies that click best with one's work.

About 1/4 of my images are rejected for lack of commercial value at DepositPhotos. Some do sell elsewhere. The most recent example was a background. How can you say that a background has not commercial value? Well, it sold on Shuterstock the day it was approved. Go figure.

...
I'm done there

I am sure they will be crying in bed tonight for having wasted the last chance you have given them.
