Just added for the last missing words.  :)

I'm not a member but they keep writing to me. I changed my mind and now upload to DP through Wirestock.

Thanks Uncle Pete :) the revenue share model seems to be the way for agencies going forward.

There would be a lot more happy contributors, although I have not been invited to the program.

I assumed everyone had got invited. Can't be on performance... I got invited with my one sale in the last five years or so! Have you checked your spam folder?

Has anyone done this and can report tangible results, good or bad?

I'm suspicious of anyone who has a "better deal" for me.

Especially in this industry.

Do a search on the forum for deposit photos, especially from when they appeared on the scene and the time the guys from the Russian forum did test purchases to see if DP was accurately reportimg sales.

I assume the offer is attached to an "unlimited" download plan.  I am out.

Opt out for sure - While we can! I fear that at some point it won't be optional anymore. Then would be the time when I would delete my port there.
Unlimited download is the next big step in ruining this industry for contributors and Depositephotos has never earned me enough money to be part of it.
Preferable I would like not to be part in any step to ruin the industry, but it's not so simple to walk away from an agency that is paying  like 1/3 of your living expenses, because you depend on the income, but Depositphotos is no such agency for me and looking at the Microstock Poll results, not really for anyone.

I just wanted to quote the whole thing. I know it was a phone kind of typo.

For those asking, I got the email and I don't have a DP account. I'd guess that everyone was supposed to get it?  :)

I'm safe. I wonder what would happen if I click the button? Hmmmm? Do I get a share of the revenue for having no account?  :o

I have been informed that the program is still in the development stage. Therefore, it is not yet active with customers.
The achieved sales from this program, as well as the status of the participant of this program, will also be seen later in the account. We will inform you additionally as soon as we know more.

Good to know, you can see the status and the sales of the program in your account settings, as soon as it is online.

Thank you very much for sharing your response. For some reason for this month I can see on the Stats page a 1 in the revenue share row at the bottom, and a small amount in there as well. Maybe testing? Not sure.

So, it sounds like they wanted people to commit to it without any details.  Sign the dotted line and we'll tell you later what your prize is!!

I got the email, too. Not happy about the lack of details. I think it's fair to assume that this is not driven by altruistic "how can we pay the contributors more and take less profit ourselves?" thought. ....

I just saw when I click on the "Online" button on my depositphotos account that all have my images have the revenue share checked yes.
I didn't do anything for that and don't want to be part of this program.
I see in "statistic" 0.20$ in the Revenue Share line for February. And when I click on "Sales" I have "RSM Subscription", when I click on it I see several image sold for around  0.14$ each. I have no idea of what it is and find nothing when I google it. Edit, RMS subscription are revenue share sales...
Well, I sent an email to depositphotos to have explanations.  I stopped uploading images years ago and think it's time to definitively close my account.

After suckering in the talent, many so called tech companies operate a slave labour system of remuneration, Deposite photos are no different, they lack innovation, imagination and any business sense, this is demonstrated by this latest wheeze, with no explanation of what the financial returns actually are.
