Under the home tab my level has gone up but my rank still reads 0? 

same here, must be a bug once I am getting 22 cents (XS) which is right for the green ranking (44%)

I wonder if the rep is still about here to comment. He showed up a while ago but hasn't replied to any of the threads since his initial intro one

Thanks Marius, but it seems it is a general problem with the site (any contributors whos rank has increased along with their level please chime in here and correct me)

My percentages and remuneration level seem to have increased as they should have so I'm not too bothered, just thought you should know if it is a bug!

So, basically you get the better percentages and therefore more money - as it should be, but it´s displayed on the site as a lower rank - is that correct?

If that´s so I haven´t heard of this bug yet and will forward it to the programmers asap. It´s of course not as bad as the other way round , but still needs fixing quickly. Thanks for informing us.

That is correct, my "level" has increased and is displayed correctly but my "rank" is still displayed as zero.
I do get the correct, better percentage in line with the level displayed.
I am not sure why there are two values displayed under the home tab anyway, a level (bronze etc.) and a rank (number) don't they mean the same thing?

Okay can you answer the general question, what is the difference between Rank and Level. Would a Rank of 1, for example, be equivalent to a Level of Bronze?

Does anybody know how exactly is rank calculated? At Fotolia it's clear - subscription sales are equal to 1/4 of a download but I can't find any similar info on Deposit.

another bug, just had a XS sale for 22 cents and got 7 cents taken as TAX Withheld, thats 30% not the 10% I have on my tax form

Ranking is actually something we tried in the past, but didn´t go through with and then just forgot to take off the site. Level is all that really changes.

Yes, it´s 1/3 for Sub and Text sales. 1/1 for credit.

Luis, that was a bug yesterday which is fixed and the sales that were made in this time will be corrected into the according tax statuses. Please check and confirm, that it has been fixed on your account as well.

Bug is Back. I have 9 cents deducted from 30 cents - it should be 0.

Obviously, nothing has been fixed so far...

Same here: correctly filled 10% country W-8 BEN submitted a month (yes, a month!) ago and still "pending" (?!), just have got my first 30% deducted from a sale on January 13... Come on, guys...  

checked mine, been having tax withheld at 30% on most sales since the 11th Jan. Should be 0% for me and the form has been processed. This is a very serious issue so I hope it is solved quickly.

I know this is a terrible bug and i can understand your anger about it, but please believe me that it is a bug and we are certainly not trying to rip anybody off. The correct sums will be paid out.

About the speed of fixing a bug: Well, if you look for a bug, find it and fix it, it´ll take a very short time. If you don´t find it, it can take longer - you don´t know before how long something like this will take to get fixed. Trust me, we are just as unhappy about the situation as you are.
