I thought when I signed up with deposit photos six months ago they were using some alternative (Russian based?) payment system to make direct deposits into bank accounts. Now I find that they say they will only pay by Moneybookers or Paypal, neither of which are available to me.

This is as welcome as a poke in the eye with a sharp stick. I've already got about $500 owed to me that I can't get my hands on (not all from DP) and it looks like it will soon be thousands.

Am I confused or have they changed their payout rules?

Does anyone know how to get round this?

Have you tried asking them if they are prepared to pay by check or are prepared to assist you?  ???

Good suggestion above about getting a check.  They also offer Payoneer, where I believe you can get it loaded on a Mastercard and use that.  Is that an option where you are?

I contacted support, they said: "Unfortunately the only options to withdraw your money are Paypal or Moneybookers", so it seems as if they are not interested in sending cheques or making money transfers.

They really should consider it (is there anybody listening?) because there are countries where receiving payments from these services is illegal, even if some people lie on the legal agreement to get the service. It shouldn't be a requirement to make a false legal declaration so you can get round what I presume are US money laundering regulations.

Sorry to hear it.  I don't know why I had the idea they had Payoneer.  Maybe it's something they should consider, or better yet the direct transfers.

That is a terrible position to be in.  :'(  I had a near similar problem with no banks in South Africa being able to deal with any of these payment methods (only checks). That only changed now a bit more than a year ago.

Do you not perhaps have friends or family in another country who can assist you in getting the money for you?

Me and a lot of other people have the same problem too. Fotolia has the same Problem. I asked both many times for payoneer, but I guess they are simply too lazy. Especially DP is now big and can start too ignore contributors.

Currently DP is not partnered with Payoneer. It is something I have passed on and we will look into. Allow me to suggest contacting them and requesting they add Payoneer, we have found that user input holds a lot of influence in this situations.

@velocicarp We appreciate your help and patience, this is a process that can take some time. Please know we are continuously working to provide more companies with Payoneer as their payment solution.

If you guys have any further suggestions, or personal contacts at any of these companies for us to speak with please feel free to contact me at [email protected]

As always, we are here to help and answer any questions about Payoneer you might have either here or on our official section in this forum (http://www.microstockgroup.com/payoneer).

David, it would be a boon if you could try to hook up with FineArtAmerica, too.

Thanks, I will pass it on and we will look into it. As I suggested before, as the user you (and your friends) emailing them has tremendous influence and would be extremely helpful in getting them to sign up.
