Title: How long did YOU wait for a payment?

Seven business days today (not counting the public holiday) and still no sign of any payment.  Just received an email from them stating "you SHOULD get your payment tomorrow" which means it will be eight days!

When requesting a payment, the site states five days (not business days, just five days).  When asking about payment, the reply is "5 to 7 business days" ... quite a difference to wait!

Makes me wonder if Depositphoto has a cash-flow problem?

Any how, this is my last request for a payout.  I have already disabled all of my images and I am done with this agency ... for good!

I got my money once within 2 hours.

DP is one of the fastest payers for me.   I'd contact customer svc if I was you.

I waited for my last payment 11 days!
Now I have a pending payment for 8 days!
