Normally, subscription sales net me $0.44 or $0.30, but this time I earned ten times the amount for a single subscription sale. Usually these amounts are credit sales, so what kind of subscription is this?

I can't confirm whether this is still the case but six or so months back they system had bugs and was reporting the whole sale amount, and not reporting your commission from that. This is one way it was exposed that they were calling credit sales subs. When this was happening people were seeing that on a $4 or $5 sale they were getting only 30 cents. Not saying the bug is back but it is feasible.
