I just got one of these too. Is it possible to opt out of EL on DP. I just had a look at their website but couldn't see an opt-out button...

$2.64 is really unacceptable for an EL.

that is disgusting ... esp when you read the nearly unlimited rights you get for an image with EL...

I've been selling on DP for years. I've never seen a EL that low. In fact DP growth rate month to month far out paces SS for me. They are a good steady earner. As far as I know they don't have a RC rate and they have not cut referral earning. I think DP is awesome!

Did you let them know that it is unacceptable? For some images you can not buy EL, so opt out must be an option. At least for some.

THE EXTENDED LICENSE
The Extended License allows use of the purchased File to create Items for Resale or Items for Free Distribution where the File plays a major role in the item and adds value to it.

The use of a purchased File according to the terms of the Extended License:

The quantity of copies or impressions   Unlimited

The quantity of copies or displays for electronic use   Unlimited

The maximum allowed File size for electronic use   1600 x 1200 pixels (for images) and 640 x 480 pixels (for videos)

Creation of Items for Resale or Items for Free Distribution where the File plays a minor role in the item: Allowed

Creation of Items for Resale or Items for Free Distribution where the File plays a major role in the item and adds value to it:    Allowed

Examples of permitted usage:

Digital use: templates of advertising banners; web templates; templates of documents; templates of presentations (PowerPoint, Flash, etc.); other templates; screen savers; wallpapers; software (for PC and mobile devices); e-cards or e-mails; e-books; movies or videos, etc.;
Printed use: books consisting largely of illustrations; posters; stationery: folders, notebooks, pens, pencils, stickers; charms; calendars; mugs and glasses; mouse pads; T-shirts, clothing, etc.

About DP:
After one Year I have 1000 images online (99,99 % acceptance

)
90 sells-39 $
And YES credit XL is 2,64 $ (2 sells), but I have mostly subscription sells 0,30

I will wait another 5 or 6 months to reach 50 $ payout, then bye bye DP.

I really do not know who the he.. gave them Earning Rating 12,5.

$2.64 is utterly pathetic - those ELs sell for 80 credits - 80!!
