I've got exactly the same issue. I've sent three emails since last week and had three responses from them saying the issue is fixed...but it isn't.

probably because they have an upcoming tax payment on their revenue, or other large bill they can't pay. they might be intentionally delaying paying photographers and other providers.
next employees won't get paid.

I just requested a payout too. No e-mail confirmation or other indication that it is moving forward. I requested one from DT the same day and that is on its way. One agency is legitimate the other one not so much.
Her Ugliness:
I requested payment last week. God the usual mail where I had to confirm the payment request. Didn't get the payment yet, but they say it can take up to 14 days and that's usually how long it has taken in the past.
