So besides cutting their rates its seems these people can't even maintain things their end
Got this today
"Hey there,
We're sorry for the inconvenience but we encountered a small issue with our system and some file uploads. Please re-upload the following file/s to your Depositphotos portfolio.
Here is a link with a list of file names, dates, and previews.
Please locate the files in your archive and upload them to your portfolio so they will be available to Depositphotos clients. "
Have they not heard of back ups ::)
Needless to say I can't be bothered re-uploading any of the images

Got the same mail today, after I already got one like this in December. The list of photos I was supposed to re-submit contained over 100 images. Not sure this is a reminder with the same images because I didn't resubmit them after the first mail, or whether they lost images again.
Sorry, but DepositPhotos is not earning me enough to go through the trouble twice. Even if you have metadata embedded in the images, you still need to go through your folders and sort out the images they want you to re-submit. Not worth the hassle.

I did not reupload, too. But I saw them online on my portfolio. So, I do not know, why they asking me to do it.

Spending even a few minutes re-uploading isn't worth the ROI to those turds
