Hi all,
Does anyone have the same issue, when you receive the email from DP for images sold it locks Outlook for a while while its trying to contact the server at DP to download the DP logo in the email.
The message displayed is - contacting: \\depositphotos.com\img
And when its done, the image shows a red cross. Weird thing is that when I check webmail the logo is in the email.
So it could be an issue with my ISP.

Yes having exact same issue also using outlook, I think it's the way they've coded their emails.

After zilch for weeks I sold 3 subs today and logged in to see a return ::)

It is the same for me too. The same problem is with MostPhotos too, vut with MostPhotos it been for a very long time already.

I just had a look to it:
Til end of January you got the email notification without pic. February and March with pic. When you go across the pic in the email you see ... depositphotos.com/ID/name.
In April (the beginning of this issue) you see .... ru/depositphotos.com/ID/name. Don't know if this is the reason. May be a coincidence, for April I had just 1 DL.

Guys, its also on the approved/rejected email. And the problem is with the DP logo in the email. As far as I can tell.
I do get on average 1 sale per day. I wish you all many sales too, to experience the email problem as well ;)

It is the same for me too. The same problem is with MostPhotos too, vut with MostPhotos it been for a very long time already.
