Title: Upload speed

Over last two days I have been trying to upload to DP. I have done so in this same time frame to other agencies (DT, GL, Zoonar, SS etc) without any problem, but when I try to upload to DP the upload speed hits about 20kb max, whereas to any other agency I am getting around 100kb.

Anybody else having problems with uploading to DP? It's the only agency I am having this issue with out of them all.
