Hi,

Looking for some advice as to why I am unable to upload to Deposit Photos.  I have been a contributor of this site for a few years and have had no issues using their site uploader to upload my images.  As of August 6, that came to an end.

When I go to the site uploader, I add a .jpg file and click upload.  The upload will start, but then stops at 2% or 3%, sometimes I get to 15%, and then it stops.  After 10 minutes of no progress, I usually cancel it.  One time I started a upload, went for a walk, and returned to a  red dot by the file.

I upload to several other sites, and I have no issues with those uploads.  I don't understand if the problem is on my side or their side.  Technical support from DP has been light.  Not sure if this matters, but since Aug. 6th I have done the Version 10 update to my PC Windows.  But if that was the problem, I would assume I would have trouble on all my sites when uploading.

Really stumped and getting no where.  Any ideas?

Well, I guess I'm not alone 

I just installed FileZilla, and it's working fine.  Quick question about FileZilla....what Encryption option do you use?

I have the same issues with the site uploader. It's buggy as hell. It starts off fine, with a decent upload speed, but then after a few files it slowly averages down to near zero speed and red dots for the remaining files.

I know there's an FTP option as well, but is a decent site upload system too much to ask?

I can't upload via filezilla to DP. Just with web uploader   

I have no problems with payments, just got the last one without problems. But there are huge problems when uploading. I upload small batches, all files go well, but the last or last 2 stocks and the upload speed goes down. Normally a cancel upload process, refresh the side and upload the last missing missing 1 or 2 files separately, one after another. This is only way I've found that's working.
