You can leave it the way you posted it.

Just to put it like:

"Ein frohes Weihnachtsfest und ein glückliches Neues Jahr!" would be also ok.

I'm not a pro at editing greeting card text but I think you can get some "inspiration" by checking out some greeting card stores online.
