Looks like the "Request Earnings" function has been disabled in DT.

Appears to be working for me, but I don't currently have enough to cash out so I just get the normal message about the $100 threshold.

Sorry. I've found the little icon at top right to access to the usual Contributors Area.

The icon is of a meaningless graphic.
