I joined Dreams Time recently and now I see that I need to fill a tax form. I live in Bulgaria and according to the table here tha tax treaty between USA and Bulgaria is 5%.
Which one of the answers should I select ?

U.S. taxpayer identification number (SSN or ITIN), if required

U.S. tax ID - check "U.S. tax ID" in case you provide a U.S. taxpayer identification

Foreign tax ID - check "foreign tax ID" in case you are providing your foreign tax identifying number instead of a U.S. taxpayer identification number

applied for (5%) - check "applied for" in case you applied for an ITIN and are waiting for IRS issuance

no treaty country (30%) - check "no treaty country" if no tax treaty exists between US and your country

Thank you.

Select:  "Foreign tax ID - check "foreign tax ID" in case you are providing your foreign tax identifying number instead of a U.S. taxpayer identification number "

You should then fill in your foreign tax ID number a.k.a. your own social security number. No need to apply for an ITIN if you're an individual. You should still be able to use the 5% tax from the treaty.

So if I still don't have tax identifying number I will need to go to get one?

Thank you for the replies, I was able to find my TIN, in my country it has double use(it's also info which could be used in some bad ways), am I required to share this number with the website or I can leave it blank?

You can leave it blank, but you'll have 30% withheld rather than 5%.
