deactivate dreamstime account

(1/4) > >>

jackboy:

Hello everyone, I would like to deactivate my dreamstime account, does anyone know how to do this?
Thanks

f8:
I would start by posting on the Istock forum then they will direct you to the non-existent Shutterstock forum so then you could always try the Adobe Stock forum and if that fails you might want to do the not so obvious.... contact Dreamstime and tell them you want to deactivate your account.

You're welcome.

I haven’t been on there for a few years, but when I wanted to bail, you could only deactivate so many certain percent over a period of time. Then they would close your account. But not sure that's still the case. Maybe they will just deactivate the account at once if you contact them.

Same when I did that, I deactivated all I could which I think of mine, was everything, because I had no new uploads. Then I wrote and requested that they close my account. Then I waited and I think it was 90 days before some images stopped appearing in the search. Eventually everything was cleared from the site.

Interesting, so it is still the same. That’s right, I had to keep watching to see when files passed the 6 month mark so I could delete them. What a pain in the a$$ it was. I’m sure that was the point.
