Yesterday when I visited my DST page, I got a page telling me to type in my old password and choose a new one.  My password-vault software had already typed in the old one, but I got suspicious and logged out, logged in again and then changed my password.
This morning, I got the same situation again :  no problem logging in (with the new pw), but then a page asking to change my password again, which I ignored.
Then I noticed the info in the top right corner had disappeared (usually $ sales of the month, total sales all times, and number of images).  I can still find this in my management area, so to be on the safe side, I requested payment, which worked fine.

Anyone else has had this experience?  Hope it's a bug and not someone trying to hack my account ...
(for your info :  all my passwords on all accounts are different)

try nslookup from the dos shell in windows (or terminal in linux)

then type www.dreamstime.com

this is the ip address I see: 50.23.192.92

if it's the same for you, good: at least we are visiting the same site
(if it's not, it means nothing: it may be another legitimate server)

alternatively, try typing  50.23.192.92 directly in the browser bar

Thanks!
This is what nslookup gives me :
Non-authoritative answer:
Name:www.dreamstime.com
Address:50.23.192.92
and typing 50.23.192.92 in the browser also gives me Dreamstime, so things look pretty safe here.  It's just the disappeared account info in the top right corner + the requested password change that's worrying me a bit ...

I was seeing the same thing - missing info in the top right and a suggestion to change the password.

I reported this to Dreamstime, and they replied within 24 hours :  it's a bug, and it's fixed now.
Well yes, this morning I was not asked for a new password, but my earnings still don't show up in the top right corner.  I can see them in "management area", so there's no real problem, but the bug is not completely fixed.

This morning I have had the same problem.
So I've changed my password, they sent me a code to enter and when i type it, its says "the code is incorrect".
So I can not enter in my profile... >:(

My bug is gone now.  The earnings are back in the top right corner, and the site does not ask for a new password any more
Your bug seems different.  I've always been able to login.

It has been very strange for me at Dreamstime for the past week.  I wasn't asked for a new password, but I did have to log in every time I went to the site.  Usually that's a once per month thing.  Also, this is the first week in three years with zero sales.  October was looking to be the best month of the year, but not a single sale since 10/25.  Seems odd.

I can log now again, but i have now the same problem you encountered, no earnings in the right top of the page.  :)

Those earnings in the top right corner came back after about 10 days for me ...

There's an easy way to tell if it is Dreamstime asking for the password or a hacker.
One of them will steal all of your money, the other one is a hacker.

If you don't see your details in upper right corner, then find the little arrow button next to logout. Click on it and it should show your details in the upper right corner again.

That is weird.  When I had the bug, I could still use the site, login/out like always.  The only problem I had was the continuous request to change my password (which I only did once).
I did report it to DST, and they replied "it was fixed".  Maybe they meant they had transferred it to another contributor  ;D

I changed my password etc. and it worked just fine for a while. But now I'm again being thrown out to "Forgot your password?" page. Very annoying  >:(

Had a bunch of Microsoft updates on my computer this morning.  Had a probably previously after such an event.  Has your system recently updated?

I just logged out and logged back in using my usual data and all worked ok. It didn't ask for a new password. Hmmm, hope it's not hacked.

I've had no sales since the 16th, must be a bug.
