I have a stupid question: I have images downloaded 4 times with level 0, images downloaded 8 times with level 2. I asked support why doesn't the image level grow on stat page though they are higher on image page. Their answer was that all images were bought by the same buyer. Do you know about this rule?

Now, looking on the stat of a "food on plate" image, I have some doubts about this:
- it is a very long period the images were bought
- if it was the same buyer wouldn't he be searching by image ID, rather than those nonsense keywords in the red box.
A penny for your thoughts.

I've read somewhere that the keywords do not necessarily reflect the purchased image. The buyer could've clicked through via another image and the search phrase wasn't used for your image.

Yes, you are right but support said that it was the same buyer and they don't charge more from the same buyer. Now, if the buyer already knows what the image is about, he could use more relevant keywords or the image ID. What I mean is, I doubt it was the same buyer.

I think buyers don't get charged more on different level images if they are using subscriptions. We get rewarded more the more our images sell. So what justification is there not to reward us more if a buyer dowloads the same image twice, why does this differ from any other sale, especially a subscription sale?
