Dreamstime threads closed

There were a series of "Show us your...." threads in DT, different subjects.  I noticed today that most were closed - one is still there.  I saw no explanation why, do you know?  I did not take part, but I'm curious.

I think they could have moved those threads to another forum area, as suggested, but I don't see a reason to stop them.

Well the guy said he find that unprofessional, but then where to put all these people asking for basic help whit photoshop or anything like that. Also I don't think that the designers have that much time to pass in these types of topics so where's the problem, maybe I'm wrong?
