Title: DT Review time
Post by: arapix on May 18, 2016, 04:05
I have uploaded some photos more than 11 days ago.
ETR was around 150 hours
after 11 days ETR became 116 hours !

I feel bad because this photos are related with an event , which is after few days , that means these photos will be useless if they are published after the event.

I really don't know why DT review time became that bad ?

Do you all facing the same issue with DT ??

Thanks

Back in January/February it took only 20-40 hours for a review to come through. Now though, review times have become insanely long. ETA appears to be 130+ hrs, but usually take at least two weeks. Not sure what's up with that though.

I'm sure Dreamstime is coming to the end of the Road, it's dropped right out of the top tier.

This corresponds exactly with my sales over the last year, I used to get a payout every month, its now down to every three.

My port is less than a third of the other sites, due to there crazy acceptance policy, I expect it to go the way of Veer.

The interface is old fashion I really believe it has had its day.

Is anybody who is non exclusive making money on this site?

I recently uploaded an image which had the usual 150+ hours ETR.  After several weeks, the site indicated it was in review.  Two days later it had completely disappeared ... not accepted, not rejected, nothing. Just gone  Anyone else seeing this?

Uploaded my first stock photo nearly a year ago to DT, one of the reasons I kept it up was due to the easy interface and fast review time.

The thing which I fear is that the increase in review time is due to them reducing the amount of reviewer it hires which would not be a good signal. Meanwhile they have launched a sister site andhave announced they are accepting audio, it all smacks a little of desperation.
