Agency Based Discussion > Dreamstime.com
Explain it to me, please, if you can!
erik trikowich:
I've been on stocks for a long time, it's even indecent to talk about it :) I've seen, heard, understood and understood a lot. But lately strange things have been happening on Dreamstime, which I can't explain to myself.
1. Has anyone noticed that the output of your works in Google without logging into an account is one thing, and when you log into an account, it is different. That is, when you click on the "photos" or "illustrations" tab in your account, you see all your works. But when you find your work through Google and do the same procedure, you see that some works are not displayed.
2. Dreamstime says - we do not accept works made with the help of AI where there are realistic human faces. Ok! But suddenly I find an account in "Latest uploads", and not only, where there are a lot of works with realistic human faces. That is, it turns out that all contributors are not allowed to upload human faces, but especially close ones can. What is especially noteworthy is that the account was created in 2015. The number of accepted works is almost a million. Monthly uploads: 7000.
How to understand all this?

There are many other things there that make little sense there; total lack of QA, rigged photo contests, refusal to pay outstanding balance <100 if you close account ... list goes on. It's a shame because it was once great agency.

I started with DT as first agency. I struggled to get even single sale for very long time. Then I was approved at SS, IS and Fotolia and my first sale came at Fotolia. I realized I was digging at the wrong place to start with. or my luck wanted me to struggle. I still miss Fotolia.

And if you wait until the amount for withdrawal runs up - withdraw the money and then close the account? In general, you are saying monstrous things. Personally, I have never had problems with withdrawal. The truth is that it sells catastrophically little - that's a fact.

No, that's YOUR fact
