Have not been able to upload via ftp or their web page.... others having problems?

yes, not just ftp. i upload via java html and was unable to connect all evening.

Same here. No FTP, NO Java upload. Their FTP server must have crashed.

Same problems here with FTP and Java.  Maybe their servers don't like teriyaki burgers?

I still can't upload on the site or FTP.  I sent a message to their support.  They want me to do a ping "upload.dreamstime.com" and sent them the results.  Anybody know what that means or how to do it?

Go Start-> Search => (Search for "CMD"). A new window will open.
Write "ping upload.dreamstime.com. You will see all Information about Ip and the sendet Packets


I hope it help. a better Idea is start Internet Explorer and go to the Page FTP://upload.dreamstime.com. Enter your Dreamstimenummber and your Password. If you can enter the page everything will be fine. If you cant enter dreamstime hade a error on thery server

Another Idea. Befor you can start Uploading you have to activat the FTP unter your dreamstime Managment Area. I check out and dreamstime work nomaly so no Problem Sorry

Thanks Nebuto.  I activated FTP long ago and have used it in the past.  I think I did the ping correctly and sent the info to dreamstime.  I'll see if they have an answer for me.

My night upload from yesterday went to void but today I got no problems with FTP
