Title: Has Dreamstime removed Payoneer option?
Post by: ThomasAmby on March 26, 2009, 08:00
Has Dreamstime removed their option to cash directly to Payoneer debit cards?

I want to order a Dreamstime debit card, but whenever I go to "request payment" and click on the "login/register at Payoneer"-link, I get a 404-error and I am redirected to their front page. I have tried only yesterday and today.

Also on Payoneer's homepage, the Dreamstime debit card is not listed.

How can I order a card? Did they removed this option? Did I miss something?

This was on the front page for quite a while.  Maybe you can't apply at DT anymore, but can use a card that you already have?  (Or do they work that way?)

Reminder for contributors: The no initial fee offer for Payoneer credit cards is set to expire on February 15th. Those interested in obtaining the official Dreamstime branded credit card from Payoneer, should access the Request payment page and apply now to get the card. More details can be read here.

Thank you very much.

That's sad :( I liked the design of it and wanted that card rather than the IS grungy one.

As IS makes up less than 4% of my microstock income, I haven't yet reached $100, only half way. I guess I will have to wait till then, then apply for the IS debit card, and afterwards will I be able to link the IS card to DT also?

Good thing someone responded. I am a swipe card holder but I don't understand why a lot of my friends aren't convinced with swipe cards. Oh well, maybe the reason why is the fast growing card-related crime such as scam and fraud. But despite all of this, American Express will offer its latest prepaid debit card. The credit card business has been known previously for catering to a higher end clientele. They're branching out with this card, aimed at the normal consumer. Different card-issuers are expected to follow suit. I read this here: American Express to issue a new prepaid card (http://personalmoneystore.com/moneyblog/2011/06/14/amex-prepaid-card/)

I got the Dreamstime card somehow, tried it once but continued with PayPal afterwards. Using PayPal for some sites and Payoneer for others makes no sense and is too troublesome for the accounts
