When i upload new images they don't show by the unfinished files (the page where to give images keywords and the image a name).
Sometimes there is only 1 image that show up but most of the time nothing appear.
I tried to contact the Dreamstime forum but no reply.
More people having this problem?

I uploaded one new pic last week without difficulty.

I uploaded a couple over the last few days. It worked using both FTP and via the control panel but it was quite a long time before the images appeared for editing/submission.

This can happen if a lot of people happen to upload at the same time. The system gets backed up, and you have to wait. I just go away, and check back the next day.

I have the same problem. Only 7 of over 24 pics are succeed to be submitted.
Most pics keeps staying in "SHOW ERRORS". It's frustrating.
I am a beginner of "Dreamstime", and still hesitating whether to continue it or not.
I use the desktop to upload, is "app" better for uploading?

I've found loading to Dreamstime very slow recently via their website.
You have to wait about 30/45 mins to the upload of 10 images. Eventually the screen goes white.
Then, if you navigate to the uploads area the images are ready to keyword.

Keep getting "Cannot retrieve from FTP" for majority of images; just two showed up. Tried both edge & chrome. Need to wait for later??

Yes, no response since July 2020 would be "been a while". :o
