Since mid January and until now I had only 1 sale on DT. My normal at DT is 10-20 sales in a month. My sales activity on other agencies are normal for the season.

Have you< noticed unusual low sales on DT recently?
Or is it only the everpresent fluctuations of microstock)

My sales on DT are terrible, but I'm willing to admit, the reason is, what I upload and how small my new collection is, since I returned. I'm aiming for 2027 to get my next payout?  ;D

DT is better than at least 40 places that are below it on the poll.

February is not great there for me, but it is definitely within the usual levels - just near the lower range of that.

Now that I am $1 away from payout, the sales have stopped.  Does anyone else see that happen or is it just a coincident.

Coincidence. Can't remember anything like this ever happening.

I'd agree, they would rather have the sale and make more money. The agencies don't care about any of us personally and especially not enough to play personal favorites for one sale or another.

By the way, take a look at this site. I guess I have another partner and outlet that I didn't know about. I hope they make some sales.

We have a site that crops images for social media and sells them out directly as such: www.timelineimages.com
We normally prefer if the same image doesnt repeat itself in crops as it doesnt help out in search indexing.

There you go, new rules? Rejection was for Spam. It was a banner crop for social media of a previous image. Something I never had happen before.

Nice to know that DT is always trying to add more ways to market our work. "Show pre-cropped images"

Funny you should mention that. As soon as I hit $90 last month, I noticed sales slowed down too.

I only had 1 jan sale on there since Dec when I had 2 in three days. Now I just had 2 in just over a week so it's picking up at last. The pics that sold recently are what SS rejected.

Not really good seller for me with over 4500 pic around 10 sales per month :( Only positive is sometimes I have $15 per sale, mostly editorials. Images is approved very fast, sometimes just couple minutes but you can not buy to much for that

For med DT came back with several sales right at the start of March. Wonder if sales reports were stuck for some time?

I have less than 1 sale a month on DT but only have 860 images. But they accept smartphone & even old compact camera photos as well as of 35mm film pictures

Funny part is, I am too and that's why I'm uploading more and more, hoping to make it to $100, so I can quit. But by that point, I won't want to quit anymore.

DT has this round-robin portfolio promoting scheme.   You can go couple of weeks without single 35 cents download, then next day have 4 or 5, then again nothing for over a week.

As experiment last month I contributed couple of photos for their "Vertical" assignment.   Shots have to be exclusive, and in return they promote it to level five.  I was curious if this will mean something - not a sniff.   Winner (extraordinary image btw) has 3 downloads so far

That's not my experience with DT. I have pretty constant downloads there, usually daily. But they are in 99,99% cases just 0.35$, so it doesn't add up to much.

Had a strong February in terms of sales and RPD, I'm happy with DT.

I mean, low is to a degree.  Going from $400 a month to $100 a month would be low.  But going from what is now $20 to $10 a month, to me, is meaningless anymore (and that's about what I get now, as opposed to the $400 I used to get there years ago).  DT like most other micros don't generate much return for me anymore so I really no longer worry about it because there isn't anything I can do about it. Low is relative, I guess. But, yes, DT bumped up in Jan, back to the new normal now.

I've been with them 4 yrs now and it's been consistently what I described (2 weeks off, 3-4 DL's next day, then again many days off).  So it's good to see other people experience.  Totally agree 0.35 doesn't add to much anyways.  Still better than 0.10, or fraction of a penny elsewhere.

I'm currently $3 from a $100 payout and the sales have slowed down to an absolute crawl.
